I spoke with Tom regarding my physical injury that I had sustained while doing a work related training. Tom was extremely helpful and honest. Tom reviewed my documents and he made sure everything was done correctly! We spoke for nearly an hour free of charge as he took his time to inform me about my legal rights and proper forms as needed. We were so glad to find Tom Ramur. He and all the others in his office are exceptionally knowledgeable about workmans comp. We knew nothing about how to go about resolving my husband’s claim for his injury so we called Tom a month after the accident. Tom and his team were great in helping settle my WC case. I was injured in 2020 and my employers insurance was really taking advantage of the fact that I had no representation. I was having trouble getting my weekly payments and trouble getting my injuries properly diagnosed and treated. This went on for months. When it seemed like my situation was hopeless , I decided to ask an attorney before giving up completely. I made one call and after speaking with Tom , there was no need to call anyone else. My entire situation was changed , my injuries were finally diagnosed and treated, and the insurance was held accountable when my checks were late. If not for the help and guidance from Tom and his staff , I would have been forced to just accept whatever the insurance company said or did regardless of the physical and financial hardships .
