I was injured in 2020 and my employers insurance was really taking advantage of the fact that I had no representation. My entire situation was changed , my injuries were finally diagnosed and treated, and the insurance was held accountable when my checks were late. If not for the help and guidance from Tom and his staff , I would have been forced to just accept whatever the insurance company said or did regardless of the physical and financial hardships . Tom set them strait quickly and he always made time to patiently answer my questions and address my concerns. In short , he and his team fought for me when I couldn’t fight for myself. If I ever need help again , I would call Tom. And if you need help, you should call Tom too.
