I had a great experience working with Tom Ramer and Karen Taylor. When meeting Tom for the first time I appreciated how honest he was when discussing my situation. Tom was looking out for my best interest which made me feel very comfortable. During the process of my case, if I had any questions Tom or Karen were quick to respond.
